What is Acupuncture

What is Swedish Massage
Swedish massage therapy is what comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body.
What is Tui Na Massage
Tui na is not generally used for pleasure and relaxation, but rather as a treatment to address specific patterns of disharmony. Tui na includes what is popularly known as "acupressure," where practitioners use finger pressure instead of needles to stimulate the acupuncture points.
What is Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

What are Chinese herbal treatments
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been used in China for over 4,000 years and still provides about half of medical treatment in China today. All these methods work on the principles of Chinese Medicine which include balancing the Yin and the Yang, regulating the flow of energy in the body’s meridians or channels and harmonising the function of the body’s different organs. In our shop, we sell a range of Chinese herbal teas that complement our massage therapies.
